DRINK RECIPE: Candied Lemon Drop

This recipe is so good, you'll want to print and save it. Serve this one at all your summer parties and barbecues, and then sit back and wait for the raves! This recipe is for a single serving - you can increase the quantities to make a whole batch for your friends & family. 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. sparkling water or club soda** 1/4 cup pineapple juice** 2 Tbsp. French Vanilla syrup** 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice. Combine all ingredients in the shaker, and shake gently. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
